ON SITE INSTALLATION & DISMANTLES
· Travel to customer sites across Melbourne metro as directed.
· Safely unload, handle, and manoeuvre materials and components.
· Operate plant and equipment (e.g., forklifts, scissor lifts, elevated work platforms) only when fully licensed, trained, and authorised under SWMS.
· Assist in the accurate installation and dismantling of pallet racking and shelving systems, following project plans and construction documentation.
· Proactively identify and report any site deviations, issues, or required variations to the team leader or management.
· Keep work areas clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
· Represent the company professionally and courteously when interacting with customers and stakeholders.
Warehouse Support (Ad Hoc)
· Prepare and pick orders for upcoming jobs.
· Assemble or modify frames and workbenches ready for sale or hire.
· Maintain a clean and organised warehouse (sweeping, tool charging/storage, waste disposal).
· Report incidents, near misses, or equipment issues immediately.
· Monitor and flag low stock levels for PPE, tools, packing materials, and other essentials.
Safety & Compliance
· Always wear required PPE (high-vis top and safety boots minimum; gloves, glasses, and dust mask recommended).
· Follow all OH&S policies, complete inductions/training, and contribute to a proactive safety culture—looking out for yourself and your teammates.
Communication & Teamwork
· Communicate effectively with the team on-site and via WhatsApp for updates.
· Participate in pre-start meetings, toolbox talks, and team huddles.
· Report challenges, delays, or concerns promptly to ensure smooth project delivery.

· Physically fit and capable of manual handling, working at heights, and standing for extended periods.
· Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude with a strong team focus.
· Safety-first mindset and commitment to quality work.
· Desirable (but not essential): Construction White Card, Working at Heights ticket, forklift licence, or prior labouring/installation experience. Full training provided for the right candidates.
· Australian work rights and valid driver's licence.
